Refund Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items can be refunded; discounted items cannot be refunded.

Changes (if applicable)

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing a part for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Return Policy.

You are informed that in terms of the Federal Consumer Protection Law, customers have the right to revoke their consent regarding the purchase of the product(s) within five business days after the date of receipt. thereof. In the case of guarantees for defective products, these must be carried out within the period established in the description for each one of them.

Return Process

The User must contact the Customer Service Center of ​MINENA within the period established for each product, requesting its return and providing, name and surname, order number, name of the product(s) to be returned. In the event that the return is due to the fact that the product or products are defective or it is a different product from the one purchased through the Website, you must also express said circumstance, as well as mention, where appropriate, the defects of the products. products, (hereinafter the "Return Request").

In case of returns and if a refund is requested, the cost of the returned products will be refunded, however ​ MINENA may discount the expenses generated by the Purchase Order and Return processes, so ​ MINENA is not responsible for the expenses caused by those returns that occur without respecting the steps established in the procedure presented in the Returns section. Once the products returned by you have been received, ​ MINENA will review the returned products and in the event that the products received comply with the characteristics established in the section "Return Policies" MINENA will make the return of the money within ​10 business days from the day on which ​MINENA has ruled on the origin of the return.
